Tracing a leak beneath a classroom floor

A hissing classroom and a continuously running water meter led ADI to a buried pipe supplying a teacher’s desk tap.

The investigation: Tracer gas and acoustic detection narrowed down the affected pipework.
The outcome: The affected tap supply was capped with the customer’s agreement. A subsequent pressure test held steady.

School swimming pool · Pipework

Skimmer pipework that would not hold pressure prompted an investigation into a school swimming pool’s water loss.

The investigation: Acoustic testing and tracer gas located a failed fitting beneath a skimmer pot.
The outcome: The damaged section was bypassed and further faults addressed. The report records no observable water loss overnight on day three.
